Fing incompatible with BT Hub 6?

Hi - it seems that Fing is incompatible with my Router...is this true?  Frustrating as can't use it to do what I bought it for (to have some control over when kids can connect to broadband on their devices).

    Are you talking about Fingbox or Fing app?

    If you have connected Fingbox to the main hub which is responsible for broadcasting wifi then Fingbox will work. Just some features like pause/block might not work with BT hub 6 as per users reported.
