Monitoring Plusnet speed

The record of internet speed which I have from the Fing app shows that Plusnet is not maintaining the guaranteed speed. Is there a way of printing this off or putting it in a PDF for the benefit of Plusnet? Is the speed shown the speed which my phone is getting or is it the raw speed from the connection? (I have a Fingbox which is connected to my router.) Obviously, Plusnet will be armed with various arguments as to why these speeds are incorrect. Can anyone please tell me whether any Fing related arguments have strength. Does anyone have experience of using Fing evidence in discussion with Plusnet?

Ah I've found it in the internet section of the fingbox section on the app! It's all rather confusing.

If you have Fingbox then you get your monthly Internet performance report which you can use. For more details, visit this article: https://help.fing.com/knowledge-base/internet-performance-report/

Unfortunately, there is no way for printing the results apart from obtaining the internet performance report. you can manually get the report as well by going to Internet performance feature and then click on Doc icon which will ask if you want to send report for current month or previous. Thanks

Thanks. As I have the iPhone app and the Apple app and access to the website can you please tell me where in the relevant one the internet performance feature and the doc icon are found?

On Fing app on iPhone, sign in to Fing app and then open Fingbox network and go to the Internet tab and then you will see the calendar and doc icon which will provide you the option to send monthly internet report.
