    You haven’t really provided much information so it’s difficult to say exactly what is happening but what you have provided shows outgoing ping requests not incoming. They also don’t look like standard ping requests as the echo reply would normally be in milli-seconds. You need to establish which device or software app is sending out these requests, they could be legitimate but we need more information to be sure.
