When plugging a recently reset Fing 2 my network is flooded from Domotz and no one can get dhcp

it basically takes my whole network down when I plug in the FINGv2... I have tried resetting a few times. I have about 10 FING devices in the wild and they are fine. This one WAS working until I reset it and moved it to a new account.

it's really funny - i went to search how to reset a FING and nothing comes up - this is a v2 so I held down reset and powered it up until it blinked white... still takes down my network
