Reset the fingbox -hardware button broken

Hi Fing Support,
Please reset/deactivate my fingbox as I need to reset my fingbox. I could not do reset myself as hardware reset hole is broken.

Please DM me the picture of the FIngbox displaying the MAC address so I can guide you better and reset the Fingbox. Thanks
