I daughter's iPhone 11 cannot find the Internet. When I select her device there is a red! device trying to join the network.

All other devices including other iPhone elevens are not having a problem.

The screenshot refers to the gaming device instead of an apple device. Do you have a Fingbox which might be blocking new connection? Have you checked under router settings if mobile device is showing as connected or not?

I also had the same issue with a Samsung Chromebook this morning that was previously connected also.

The gaming console would have been a Nintendo Switch. Same issue of not connecting.

    Screenshot was of her phone.

Looking on my desktop at the account it shows the devices with an IP address of 0.0.0.0

All other devices have an IP assigned to them.

Reboot of the router and FingBox got all devices working.
