What’s the link between Bluetooth DUN, Bridge and PPP

Hello! I have a question and am certainly not tech savvy. Why would my home wife say it’s connected via Bluetooth DUN, Bridge and PPP. I have apple devices and it says it’s operating on Airport (yet I have a Verizon fios router).

Any help is greatly appreciated!

    Our laptop wasn’t connecting well and I looked in the system info log. Our home network is Verizon Fios, it keeps trying to add an interface through “thunderbolt bridge.” I didn’t understand what the Bluetooth DUN (at top of screenshot) meant as well as a “Configuration Method PPP.”
