Why does one of my phones show offline on fling when all connections to WiFi strong?

My daughters phone suddenly went off-line on fling this morning but her phone is connected to Wi-Fi and she’s using it just fine I’m wondering why.

    And my Router is showing offline as well but the connection is strong. Thanks!

    Is it an apple device or Android device? Also, is the mobile data disabled or enabled?
