location is wrong

My ip location is not accurate.  Will you be able to update it or give me instructions?  OS 8.1

    please check your fing app & ensure that local access is set to “allow location access = always” on any devices you use the fing app. This may resolve your problem. However your ISP may have fixed naming on their servers which is reflected on the map.

    @Marc / @Robin is it still possible to change location so that it accurately reflects the user’s geolocation?

    On the Fing App, under see all devices, then network, select edit and enter your address in the where is network located area.  You should see your corresponding location in the map graphic on the right if its recognized.  Your ISP, however, seems to be determined by the IP address your router is presenting to the world and where and who its registered to thought that should still be closer to where you are.
