Which Apple ID to use in order to migrate premium subscription to Fing desktop

Ever since Apple changed the way you can login using your Apple ID I can no longer restore the purchase of my premium account on either my iOS devices or my new Mac mini. Does anyone have any ideas on how to make my way through all these issues?
