I really need to remove my fingbox v1 from my current account and add it to another one.
This step in an old post doesnt work for me
it may refere to and old app version.
i cant find the deactivate option.
Please can you help me maybe with some image and step by step istructions?

To move your Fingbox to a new network, follow these simple steps:

    • Locate the network name in the middle of the top bar of the screen – click on the drop-down arrow next to this.
    • This will take you through to the My Networks screen which contains a list of all your networks.
    • Swipe left on the Network with the Fingbox on it and click on the Deactivate that appears. This will remove the network you have already configured, freeing up Fingbox to be assigned to a new network.
    • After you have deactivated the Fingbox, you will be able to connect the box to the new network you’d like it to be on.
    • Just connect it to the new network you’d like to monitor and complete the onboarding steps again!

Can you explain in detail what is it that you want so I can guide you?

I would also like some help deactivating my fing account. I’ve sold my fingbox & the new owner can’t use! The instructions as mentioned above, don’t relate to what I can see on my App. Please help

I recently moved to London and with a new ISP and a new router, but I still saw my old SSID name from Shanghai showing in the app.
I want to reset the Fingbox totally and add as a new Fingbox (and no data should come from the app or any online account settings in case that is happening, really want to start again from zero).
When I tried before I did the reset button thing, and it flashed white, but it never went to green for a new setup, so I stopped.
Later that day I saw it had started to flash green, but the app wouldn't connect to it, so again I gave up, and disconnected the Fingbox for now. What should I do next?

I need help pairing a previously paired fingbox to my network - after an extended power outage, the box led stayed red for days even after I power cycled it and even replaced an ethernet cable so my last resort was a hardware reset (holding the pair button for a long time eventually caused the LED light to go from red to orange then off and finally solid green).  However, I tried adding it back to my network with the app but it can't find the box even though it is green.  Also, I can't log in to my account either via the web or the app and the password reset doesn't work either - I think i may have locked myself out somehow.  Any suggestions?
