troubleshooting internet radio dropouts

I'm getting brief dropouts on internet radio stations.  One device is a wired connection and another device is a wireless connection.  It's happening on both devices, so I'm not suspecting WiFi.  Internet speedtests are wicked fast.  I want to find out if my modem is dropping all traffic momentarily (which indicates a problem on my end), or if it's just that I'm losing the connection to these internet radio stations periodically (which I expect I would have to live with).  I don't see a feature on the Fing Desktop app that monitors and displays the stability of connection to the internet over a long period of time, and ideally is able to monitor the connection to a specific URL - am I wrong?   Does the FingBox have such a feature?  If not, can someone recommend a tool that does this?
