    I installed the desktop software on a clean windows 10 install and the software kept freezing. I uninstalled it and logged in and out of my subscription but it still didn't work!!! Customer service just kept sending me canned responses. I requested a refund 3 or 4 times and eventually said I was proceeding with a chargeback via my bank. They would not refund me!!!

    @Andy204, I have moved this to the Fing account section.  A number of Fing Admins look at this thread and hopefully can help you out.  I am also tagging @Robin and @Ciaran to see if they can help.

    Hi @Andy204, I have checked and cannot find any Support ticket/Community request in relation to a refund from you? I Also do not see any subscription related to your Fing account. So you perhaps have another Fing account? Thanks

    I have tried and tried to get a refund after explaining multiple times to Ciaran that the software kept freezing but he insisted on sending canned responses asking me what is freezing and after telling him that everything freezes he tells me that is insufficient info and denied me a refund! Contacting my credit card company again to report this fraudulent activity
