I subscribed to the Premium Subscription and after review, I see zero value in what's offered.  How can I request a refund?

I just upgraded to Premium a few days ago and I think I'm coming to the same conclusion.
The table comparing Free and Premium (at https://app.fing.com/internet/account/subscribe/choose ) lists the benefits to Premium.  Some turn out to have little discernible value to me and others I haven't even been able to find...
    1. Event Notification  So far, this has the biggest benefit to me.
    2. No ads  This is a benefit, but I don't recall the ads being intrusive in the Free version, so it doesn't contribute much to any value of Premium.
    3. Gold support  Get a dedicated line for help and support about Fing products.
I assumed "line" meant phone line?  Where do I find the number?
    4. A couple of features are listed as "Coming soon."  How soon?  If they're a year away, they'd contribute ZERO to the value of Premium
      > Automated Internet Performance monitoring could be useful, but the description doesn't explain what would be automated.
      > Home Assistants has an explanation that I can't make any sense of...
Just talk to know who's at home, did you experience an outage and more.  What the hell does that mean??
