Scan of local network will not complete

When using the Desktop app to scan my local network, it never completes and appears to be stuck on 90% complete. I have rebooted my Microsoft Surface Book 2 several times and the issue persists. Also, I am not able to see my Fingbox which I can see through my iPhone app and the web app for Fing. Any ideas what I am missing or what may need to be changed

    So I was able to resolve my issue with not seeing any devices when scanning my network. But I still have an issue that I cannot see my network from the Fingbox. Is there something special that needs to occur show that see the network from the Fingbox like you can on an iOS device, like an iPhone?

    Never mind my last question. I just read in the Fingbox category that you cannot view the Fingbox like you can from the iOS app or the web interface.
