How do I cancel my fing subscription

I want to cancel my fing subscription before the free trial runs out, but when I click on manage subscriptions to cancel, the first thing it tells me is I have no subscription and the second shows that I cannot cancel my subscription, only change it to another package. Do I have to cancel my credit card to make sure I'm not charged?
