I was charged in error for a month of Premium thru Google Play. How do I get credit for this charge?

Depending on whether you purchased from the Appstore or Playstore, you can manage this using the following links:

Google Play tells me to contact the developer which I have attempted to do three times, but no one at Fing responds. So I turned to this forum hoping to get resolution. I'm not going back to Google. The first step in the process is to contact the developer which I am trying to do. I would like a customer service contact within Fing so I can get this resolved. Thank you.0 -
