Why do I no longer have access to information through the app

I bought fing box from Amazon and the reason I chose it was there were no ongoing monthly fees. I have been enjoying it for about 6 months but recently changed my phone (not sure this has anything to do with it) and now I hardly get any information and content I previously had is now asking me to sign up to premium.

Hi I did not get an email - can we follow up on this please? I used to be able to set internet limits per device/ user and also track internet sites - now I can’t. I bought this in place of circle

To update you, with Fingbox you cant track internet websites, we have never implemented that feature. For internet limits, you can only pause/block them, there is no features to set bandwidth for the devices. Again, these features have never been implemented.Robin (Admin at Fing)
