Why do I no longer have access to information through the app

I bought fing box from Amazon and the reason I chose it was there were no ongoing monthly fees. I have been enjoying it for about 6 months but recently changed my phone (not sure this has anything to do with it) and now I hardly get any information and content I previously had is now asking me to sign up to premium.

    As I can see you have been responding to Ciaran on your support ticket till 10th Dec and then you stopped following up. The last email is from us on 10th Dec and we have been actively answering your questions. I have created a follow up of your ticket. Please check your inbox.

    To update you, with Fingbox you cant track internet websites, we have never implemented that feature. For internet limits, you can only pause/block them, there is no features to set bandwidth for the devices. Again, these features have never been implemented.
