    I believe that my situation is worked out with Microsoft which is where I came to know of Fing -- but I took the Black Friday deal as it was to hard to pass up. I assumed that Fing would notify Microsoft about my purchase and Microsoft would drop their charges. At first, I was led to believe they would not and I wasn't going to purchase it twice. However, I think it may be straight now although I am to call back and see what they have n=been able to find out. ALL questions about charges say to come here to the community. The receipt had my real first name and no other identifying remarks on it. I need something to make sure Microsoft ceases charging me.

    I know little yet except that I made a call to my ISP and they admitted the errors I was getting. Mostly DNS errors. Modems and router although the simplest devices to hook up are one of the weaknesses, Right not --- sorry I was about you ask you? about one of the other programs *** lol. I find the atmosphere friendly here and hope to learn more.
