SO far i could always block single devices from having wlan/internet connection - but not anymore ??

Hi
I have a fingbox since they are existing (even before :-) ) 
So far i could always block single devices from having access and quite some other functionality (digital fense) 
These seems to be gone ??? Can you please advice what the problem is ?

    A few things to try....

    On the home screen, you should see a current network area. Sometimes the Fing app will show multiple networks. The one that’s is associated with the Fingbox and others that were manually scanned by your mobile device. Make sure you choose your Fingbox network. The mobile app scanned networks would not have that option to block.

    Another thing to look out for is to make sure you are logged into the same account that is associated with the Fingbox.

    Hi @wilkel, I am assuming you have an active Fingbox?  Also assuming you are using the mobile app and NOT the Fing Desktop?  This feature is only available on the mobile app.  Finally, can you screenshot the screen where you used to set this?  Below is where the block is in the mobile app (iOS)

    Yes you are right with your assumption --> Fingbox and using the app on IOS 14.
    In my case in the "manage this device" area - i used to see the same you have in your screen shot but now there are
    different tools -- pls see below
    The ones to block the device or pause internet are not there anymore.

    Hi the problem is back.
    I can´t unblock blocked devices.
    The last time i had this issue it was solved without me doing something - but now the same issue :-( 
    What can i do to get my devices blocked before to do unblock ? Please can you help again ?

    Can you DM me the home page of the Fing app? Are you signed in to correct Fingbox network?

    now it works again -- strange -
    - before always when i was clicking "search devices" i got a screen asking whether i want to do a new search or use the data from a scanned network
    - Now this screen does not show up and it always searches from scratch devices in my network
      --> on the  result screen than certain option are not available - like block device
    - When i now click instead of "search devices" to the menu (3 bars below each other) than i can select a controlled network -- when i do this the functionality is then available on the result list

    so thx for the moment the problem is solved :-)
