Fing web app is empty

Weekly I check the statuses of my network on the web application (app.fing.com) but yesterday suddenly everything was gone and this message is showing: "You have no network in your account"
How can I fix this? I have two Fingboxes.

    @Juriaan, just to make sure, sometimes people use multiple accounts for a service, can you double check that you are using the correct account?  If your account is correct and your still not seeing your network, could you post a screenshot of what your seeing?
