why two iPhone addresses

When I log into my Verizon router, one of our iPhones has two IP addresses listed. One is a static address and the other DHCP. Any reason for this? Only happens with one family member iphone and not another.

@Sunflower, did you check the Mac addresses associated with the IP addresses you see?  Do they match what is actually on the iPhone?  Also, have you disabled the private WiFi address feature for your SSID?  iOS support virtualization of Mac addresses and that can lead to phantom IP addresses associated with an iOS device.

Thank you! It was the private IP address that led to the issue. Really appreciate it.
