Hi @ChriStef. Thank you once again for your feedback. On the back of this feedback we escalated this to our IT & Engineering team for investigation and resolve. This has now been fixed (since the end of last week).
What was the issue? During a recent e-mail update, the address associated with the in-app contact form was not connecting with the correct e-mail address.  This initially lead to e-mails not getting through to us from the in-app contact form.
    This has now been resolved.
We have also reached out to any users who had previously contacted via this channel (and whereby the email was delivered and we could retrieve it) addressing their query and explaining the above.

Thank you once again for reporting this issue and contributing towards the overall resolve. Much appreciated. Ciaran & Fing Team
