Is there anyone handled with Premium account email address change?

For some security issues, I need to change my email address which may bind to my premium account. After reading the discussions in the community, the only solution for the change is for free account. If there is no solution for the premium one, may I have the alternative way such as returning the residual value of my membership?  The security issue drove me crazy and finding a way to change my account email address is another torture in my daily life. Thank you for the big help.
