Changing operating system (manually) doesn't list any options?

I was trying to update some devices in the desktop client and when I get to selecting the operating system I don't get any possible values back (and I'm not able to save what I type)
It's not like it's obscure OS'es ... and I can find them in the online Fingpedia Catalogue
Examples: iLO 4, Debian

    Hi Marc
Thanks for responding and sorry - should have done that from the get go ...

In this example I am looking for the HP management OS (iLO 4)
It seems to arbitrary what works and what doesn't work ... I can type "windows" and all the windows versions are listed but nothing happens when typing i.e. "debian" (I can get a list of other Linux flavors but Debian is not one of them?)

an other pet peeve is that you have to type the full word of something before it appears - so typing "linu" doesn't bring up anything but "linux" does

Just updated to 2.2.2 and problem is still there.

    Hi @soren_bang
If you are unable to find your device then after entering the details and then if you scroll down you will see an option to make a suggestion. Please suggest us the O.S and other information so it can be added to Fingpedia.

    Hi Robin
Thanks for getting back to me
I don't have a problem with the Fingpedia (online on the Fing website)
I have a problem with the Desktop App and IOS App --- you can type a part of the machine name to find the correct model (all good there!) .... BUT when you come to adding the operating system you can't put in common OS'es like Debian, VMWare ESXI or even Raspian.
Windows works, Ubuntu works, many other Linux flavors work ... but not three of the ones we use.
Where do I go to add - or request - more operating systems? (there is no "Add missing operating system" in either Apps)
I have included a couple of screenshots of what I see

    Thanks

    :S:

    Thanks @soren_bang
I have passed on your feedback to our developers for consideration. If anything changes, I will let you know.
To make suggestion for OS, when you click on a device you want to identify and then click on "Recognise" then enter name like VMWare and on bottom, you will see the blue text: "MY DEVICE MODEL IS MISSING". Click on it and make your suggestion.

    @soren_bang It will be a heck of a feature, imho it's a not-yet-must-have-not-sure-if-it-is-or-not-a-bug lol
