fingbox should expose its hostname and respond on port 80

The current fingbox device (at least mine) does not identify it self.
This results in an arp -a displaying it's MAC but no name.
This adds to confusion when determining which hosts are on the network.
It should either assign a hostname or accept one from a DHCP server ( don't expect that many users will do that)
Additionally it should provide a response when queried by a http client at port 80 and refresh  - after a few seconds - to
Although it currently reports an xml document on port 4444 not many users look there.
It currently status does not help to understand my connected world.
