My thing app is posting notifications on Android in another language

So I've noticed that my notifications when I do a swipe down and see that there's a outage for Charter spectrum in my area it listed in a non-English language. But my entire device is set for English American English The app when I go into the app is in English so I just don't know where this other language is coming from I've been through the settings and I just can't find it.
