Which option in the time zone settings is mentioned for Eastern standard time or Florida in America

How do I set my time zone to eastern standard time or Florida in America please help thanks

@Artful_Rhythm8, in the mobile app, select account from the home screen.  Thats the icon on the Bottom right of the screen.  You will then see a section called account settings.  Once there choose time zone, then scroll down to America_new York select and click done.
