overheating

So it is danm near impossible to find any way to contact this companies support. 
I am guessing they dont have one? I just received my V2. its set up, working as expected.
except that its getting so hot it is beginning to melt the plastic.

Anyone have any idea how to reach thier customer support?

    Hi @Asidscript, this is the right place to start troubleshooting.  Please unplug it and do not plug it back in till someone from Fing gets back to you.  I am tagging some Fing folks in this thread so your issue gets attention.  It usually takes a day or so for a response.  @Robin or @Ciaran , can one of you folks please address?
