Hot Springs Arkansas internet outage and when it end

Hi can anyone tell me why my whole town has and internet outage and does anyone know when it will end? I came home today and no internet and then found out the whole town is out, but it’s not listed on Fing outages page

Have you called your ISP and reported the issue?  They would be the only ones who could tell you the details of the issue.
