No notifications if a device went offline

Since today I didn’t receive any notification if a device went offline. I received this kind of notifications in the past and the Settings for the device are OK - I checked it twice. I also checked the fing app settings (IOS 13) - everything are set! 
I have no idea why this happened. Any problems on your server side?

    Hi @ralfb
    Are you able to receive the Fing email or just mobile notifications are not working? Also, have you checked the mobile notification settings if the notifications are disabled for the Fing app?

    Hi @Robin,

    yes I checked all the settings and everything was as expected - set to enabled.

    Anyway, since today at around 2:00pm I received the notification without any changes in the app, so it seems to be solved on server side ;-)
