How do I get Fing to scan each network and how can I get it to report the connectivity correctly?

Hi @AndyH take a look at the knowledge base, this should help answer your question:- https://help.fing.com/knowledge-base/device-scan/

I have tried this. The "See all devices" is greyed out. However, when I select "16 more" I get a list with my 3 networks with a Box with "* Premium" and then a load of other adapters (Most "Virtual") with "Cannot scan" against them.
I never used to have this problem before and I have had my Fing device since it was first created.
Help please.0 -
Hi @AndyH, I think it might help if you could post a screenshot or two of the issue. Also, are you running your scan on the app or fingbox? There might also be some benefit in deleting duplicate scans of your network (Go to the all networks link, identify the connected network then delete any duplicates, if you accidentally delete the connected network you risk losing local configurations).
You also mention you have 4 internet connections could you clarify this please.
