    Thank you, Michael Sheffrin AMEX yesterday or day prior; after a few emails w/ support in Ireland and elsewhere. 
    PERSISTENT not cooperating. tried to pay 3 times; refuses bc it says the "number" is assigned to another account; my amex. it's me. 
    billing zip 30068; ends 08002...
