Managing Fing when away from the network it is connected to

Hello, please can someone help me. If I have blocked a device permanently but want to unblock it or visa versa but I am not at home and using only 3G how do I manage this without waiting until I am home??

    @Elorac_Sremlach, i am assuming you have a Fingbox and the mobile app on your device.  Fire up the app, choose your fingbox network, click on the device, scroll down to manage this device and click on unblock device. That should do it.

    Thanks so much! I have one last question when I block or pause any devices nothing happens. I have a Plusnet router! Any advice would be great! Anything I read doesn’t make much sense.

    I just noticed your second question.  Do you have ipv6 enabled on your network?  Fingbox has a hard time blocking a device with an ipv6 address.   If the answer is yes,    Check the devices that can’t be blocked and see if they had an ipv6 address assigned.
