I need to migrate my account to a new email. The instructions say to privately direct message the admin... but I cannot seem to find how to do this. Can someone help? Thanks.

Can you let me know of the new email address which you want to use for your Fingbox? You can DM me the new email address. Also, I would request you to create a Fing account with the new email so that Fingbox can be linked to that email. Once the account is created then I will be able to change the Fingbox from old email to new email. 

Once the email is changed, you just have to perform a power cycle off fingbox and you will be able to see Fingbox in the Fing Account with a new email. I will be awaiting your confirmation once you have created a new account.

I have deleted your last comment as it contained your private details. Also, I have changed the email address for your Fingbox. You just have to perform a power cycle off fingbox and you will be able to see Fingbox in the Fing Account with your new email. I hope it helps.
