I have macOS Fing Desktop App with premium subscription. I can ping vlan devices from the MacBook and see the vlan in fing. But it did not find any IP in that network, scanning has no result.

Hi @smilla
Can you share the screenshot of the scanning? Also, what kind of Vlan are you using?Robin (Admin at Fing)

Hi @smilla
I am afraid that with VLAN, this might not work. Fing products does not support VLANs at the moment.Robin (Admin at Fing)

I clicked on show vlan and it send me to a page to buy fing premium to see the result. I bought fing premium because there was written it support vlan. Now I clicked again the side with the overview and vlan ist not anymore there. Very strange. I wished I had made a screenshot of that page.0

Thanks @smilla
Have you selected the VLAN option from the scan devices option? I would request you to check if you see the Vlan option or not in coming days and I am still investigating this and I will reply to you with an update shortly.Robin (Admin at Fing)
