In need of Fing customer support to remove my information from fingbox device

in Fing Account Change Request #1
Help, can someone please provide customer service contact information to fing to remove all my data and information from a fingbox device that I no longer am the owner?  A new owner is attempting to use his fingbox, but even after hard reset all of my data is still there.
