Hi,
I thought I'd give "Fing Premium" a try, and on the dashboard, it indicates that:
You haven't connected any Fingbox device to your account yet
and yet, I have my fingbox attached, and my iOS Fing app sees it. How can I fix that?
Also, how do I access premium features on my iOS Fing app?

    Fing desktop is a separate product than Fing mobile app and Fingbox. Can you share the screenshot of the error so I can guide you better?

    Heh. Yep. Looking at the pretty blue ring.

    Yesterday, my "iOS fing app" indicated that the fing box needs to be activated ... why? I don't know.  :/
    I have had the fing box for several years (since it first came out!) and it's been functioning well. I have had to replace the router, and then changed the network SSIDs and IP addresses, so that may be confusing it. it also displays my "guest" wifi SSID as the network name. I'm not sure how it determines what name to display.

    But, now that it's (re)activated, it also shows up on the dashboard. So, my initial query has been answered.

    I am finding the relationship between "Fing Desktop", "Fing App (iOS)", and the Fingbox a little bit vague, nebulous, and confusing.
    The FAQ did help a bit -- it seems to me that the "Fing Desktop" doesn't integrate as tightly with the Fingbox as the iOS Fing App does. I'll have to play with the software some more.

    I have this same issue: "You haven't connected any Fingbox device to your account yet." 

    I have 2 Fingboxes. How do I fix this? Thanks

    May we politely ask you to expand on your issue? 
    Have you previously connected to your fingbox and are just now receiving this error? Some screenshots would be appreciated too. Thank you!

    Karl. This has been the same issue since I bought 2 Fingboxes. Please see the only above by Hobbes from 7-2020. It's the same information on that screenshot. In addition, I have a vpn. 

    Hopefully, I'll get actual solution steps because I usually get explanations without solutions. Thanks

    Yes Karl, I do have an open ticket. Unfortunately, most of the time I receive messages with common explanations without concrete solutions. The last response that I received stated that my request will be escalated to the developers. Since then, I've been waiting over 3 days for a Specific Solution. I won't mention the name of the person that has been responding to my ticket but I can if you want me to.  

    The solution that I'm looking for is nothing new since multiple have asked the same question since 2020. It's 2022. So, what's the Specific Solution? I don't want to but I'll keep posting in the Fing Community, in multiple post threads, until this is resolved. Why did I buy 2 fingboxes for? I've tried troubleshooting on my own but that's your responsibility to fix it. Thanks in advance.

    I am sorry that you are having trouble. On the support ticket we are troubleshooting this further for you and having correspondence there.

    I got a response today with no solution and I'm pasting some of the correspondence here. Hopefully, someone else can assist if Fing employees are unable to fix this. Plus, I hope it could assist others since this is not a new or isolated issue.

    Now it took over 3 days for you to go from Explanations to seeking Confirmation without any Solutions. I'm not going to waste my time typing things that I have forwarded multiple times already. It's your job to review the multiple emails that I sent. Plus, didn't you state that I would communicate with the "developer"? What happened to that? Anyway, I'll address some of your repeated questions below. Then, I'll post in the Fing Community until I get a SOLUTION.

    1. The answer is YES to this part: "...you want to monitor your guest network from same router with another Fingbox which you are not able to add." 

    2. The answer is YES to this part "...you are using a dd-wrt router...with VPN enabled."


      Now what is the SOLUTION?

    I want to emphasize that my main concern is the pasted point below. What is the SOLUTION? 

    "2. When I click on Add fingbox, I get the message of: “Fingbox not found.”
