Can you delete my account from my fing box, i have sold the fingbox to somebody else
i did not delete the account from my fingbox

Please let me know when you have deleted it

Thanks @Pixelpopper. @leuven1965, to confirm the Fingbox has now been disassociated (deleted) from your email address. I have not delete your Fing account (in case you would like to retain). Please confirm if you would like to also have the Fing account deleted. Thanks

@Ciaran, my Fing account(e-mail adres) is deleted from Fing Box with MAC address F0:23:B9:EB:3C:BD
But: the green box turn green light, then blue light flashing, then the massage is Fing Box not found.
What is probably the solution to this!

Hi, your Fingbox is no longer associated to your account. If you unplug it, then plug it back in again, you should be able to test finding it again. Thanks
