Billing Problem - How to eliminate?

Hi, new user here.
I signed up for the Fing Premium service. My bank blocked the charge because it came from Ireland. I called them and they removed the block JUST FOR THE DAY. I told them it was a recurring payment to be made monthly. They said I'd have to call them monthly to unblock the charge as there's no way to unblock for a company, and that because it came from Ireland that it would be blocked.
Is there any way around this? Does Fing have a USA presence to eliminate this problem?
I've looked everywhere for contact info but there is NONE anywhere that I can find.
Can anyone help?
