iOS safari rotation bug and the community software

I have a bug for you @VioletChepil ..  When you rotate the screen from landscape to portrait, the top elements of the web page disappear.  I’m using an iPad Pro 9.7 for reference on the latest non beta version of iOS, 12.14.1
