in Fing Desktop
I have since a few of years a Premium Android Fing account. Do I have to pay the full price for a Desktop Premium account if I want to have both?

Owning a Fingbox and subscribing to Fing Premium provides an ad-free experience on all our applications. Fing Desktop is a completely separate product from the Fingbox and Fing app. From a technical standpoint, in comparison to other Fing products, it can be considered:Fing Mobile < Fing Desktop < Fing Box.
Fing Desktop allows a far more precise engine than the Fing mobile app, but doesn’t require a purchase of a dedicated hardware. The premium subscription is to use the additional features of the Fing desktop.

Thanks for a quick answer. I understand your answer as there in no package prices at the moment. To buy two or all three product do not give you any price benefit.
