Active connection

I have an ip address of 10.0.0.254 that shows it's active bit i have accounted for all my devices. All so i have notice that there is a loopback ip address of 127.0.0.1. I know someone is in my pc but i have stopped remote desktop, i am with comcast.

    10.0.0.254 could be used by your router. Have also seen some routers use the X.X.X.254 IP Address for USB connected hard drives or "thumb" drives, especially if the router has an USB port(s).

    127.0.0.1 is a local loop back IP Address for your device, and is normal. See here for more info: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Localhost.

    For a /24 network, that is the broadcast address for the router. It’s normal.

    It is the broadcast address of the network router/firewall.
