Fing Service not found issue during installation

Hello Everyone!

We are having this issue with Fing. After installation we we got this message 


We already tried restarting the server and we also did the cmd command: sc start Fling.Agent and sc stop Fling.Agent but the issue still persist. Please help us!

Got the same problem, as I explain in my own question. Maybe this is due to the last automatic update. It all worked fine until the updating.

Hi All,
If the commands didnt work, I recommend a new installation of the Fing Desktop. It seems that WinPcap might not be working properly. In this case, please follow these steps for Windows device:  

• Uninstall WinPcap using any 3rd party software so that it doesn't leave any traces. 

• Uninstall Fing Desktop 

• Reboot pc 

• Download and Install latest Fing Desktop release.  

For MAC: 

 please follow these steps:  

• Uninstall Fing desktop by moving Application to Trash 

• Reboot pc 

• Download and Install latest Fing Desktop release. 

Please confirm if something changes.

I confirm that on my Mac with Catalina it doesn't change anything to reinstall and reboot.

We have released a new version Fing desktop 2.1.0. Can you please upgrade to this version and make sure the application is installed under Applications Folder only so I can isolate the issue?
