Allow network discovery, ping, traceroute when Fing thinks it is offline

I run a Pihole server to resolve DNS. If there is any disruption to this service, Android reports it is connected to the WiFi network, but No Internet. Fing on the other hand detects that it is offline and doesn't give access to network discovery, ping or other useful tools that would be really helpful to diagnose local issues.
It would be great if Fing allowed me to use Ping or scan my network when DNS is down - if I see everything but my PiHole server is up, that is really helpful.

A very good suggestion @dunxd. I think a broader, more encompassing title might be something to the effect of, "Troubleshooting Workflow."
e.g. When there is a perceived event (outage), take the following actions: Run tests, record results, send notification(s), etc. This could be combined with other information that could help the end-user trouble-shoot and get help more quickly and easily.0 -
