Set expected ISP Speed

It would be good to be able to set the expected speed for the ISP, then you could alert based on the actual speed being a percentage (or whatever) off of the expected speed.
For example, if I am paying for a 100/20 network connection, but am only getting 20/1 (down/up), there is a problem, but if I am paying for a 25/2 connection, it's probably OK.

It would also be interesting to then use in community comparisons... see what speeds are available around you and how well they are working... are 20/2 connections working well while 100/20 connections not?  perhaps also marking the connections with flags/notes for things like "business account", or "dedicated IP", or whatever. (those are less useful than marking the speed, but could help if trying to compare quality/connections.

I like this idea by @dstrohl, and I'll add to it:
The Fing box should have a scheduling tool for speed tests (Think:  Endpoint security (anti-virus) performing a scheduled scan).  Additionally, when traffic is quiet for a given period, it should perform tests automatically.  Report when the performance drops below a particular setting.

This would also add to Fing's ability to establish itself as a leader in home / SOHO network monitoring.  Reports and corresponding press releases could easily be generated when appropriate.  The aggregate data has tremendous value in building brand recognition and reputation.
