Two DHCP servers

Just installed Fing desktop. It reports that I have two active DHCP servers. One of the servers is on my router (Linksys WRT1900ACS), the other is on my Pihole machine. But I've disabled the DHCP server on the router through the router control panel. So I don't understand how it's still showing up as active in Fing.

    Reboot both devices and check that DHCP is correct on both, if you have a Fingbox reboot that as well as it could be mis-reporting.

    That seems to have done the trick. Thanks!!
    Next problem is that some devices have more than one IP assigned. Any ideas why that is happening?

    Are some of those duplicate ip addresses greyed out, if yes, delete them then rescan (Fing remembers & displays previously found devices & continues to display them even if they are offline or now reassigned new addresses by DHCP). 
    Have you previously set fixed ip addresses physically on those devices?  They may need to be set to be automatically assigned by DHCP  but, before you do that Rescan your network.
