WOL not working

I've downloaded everything, checked my Mac does Wake for network access. I'm on the same network as my phone. I open Fing app on my phone, scan for device, select device, scroll down to manage this device and select Wake on LAN..a message at the bottom pops up and says "Wake on Lan has been sent"...yet NOTHING happens...my Mac does not wake up.  Very Frustrated...please help

    Can you let me know if you are using Fing app on iPhone by any chance or an Android device? In order for WOL to work, there are some requirements. 

    For WOL: 
    - MAC Address available 
    - Connected to the Same network as the device 
    - Not Watched by Digital Fence 

    Robin (Admin at Fing)
