in Fing App Feature requests #1

Loving my Fingbox, and the desktop app is getting better all the time.

I was wanted to ask if there is any way to set up notifications with Telegram using a bot?

If not, I think it would be a great future feature.

Does anyone else think that it might be a good idea?

    I don't find it useful since the Fing application has notifications and you can setup email notification as well.

    But that's just me, I think it's a good suggestion that I'm sure some would find useful.

    Thanks @Robin for that.

     I have various devices that I monitor :

    Boinc servers, Weewx (weather), Home Assistant, Motioneye (plus cameras), and a Synology NAS that I use to host my weather sites.

    Sometimes I get a heap of email notifications, even though I have email summaries selected.

    With Telegram it would keep all notifications in one place, using a bot to send them.

    It's something for everyone to think about.
