I don't know what this device is. Also, why wouldn't my wireless camera doorbell that's connected to my WiFi show up on my list of connected devices?

IoT is Internet of Things, basically small smart devices connected to your network to provide home automation etc (Switches, Lights etc).  What make or model is your door bell? if its a 'non branded' device it may well be the fn-link device, Ring for example shows as branded as Ring for mine.

From looking on there website (http://www.fn-link.com) they manufacture Wifi/Bluetooth chipsets for small IoT devices. Can you account for everything on your network apart from this device? I would block it for now and see if anything 'breaks' :)

What is a lot device? When I ping it there's just red lines. And why doesn't my doorbell show up as a connected device?

FN-Link makes components that other vendors use in their devices, and since these components are used in many different products, it is not possible to tell what specific product it is a part of. Perhaps that *is* your video doorbell.
